What is Cold Plunge?
Cold plunge is an effective recovery method used to reduce inflammation and accelerate the body's healing process by immersing the body in cold or ice water. It is ideal for athletes and those with everyday aches and pains.

Cold plunges offer a multitude of benefits that can transform your wellness routine by enhancing circulation, boosting your immune system, and accelerating recovery from workouts. The invigorating sensation of cold water can also enhance your mood and reduce stress levels, promoting mental clarity.
What duration of time should I spend in the Cold Plunge? How cold is it?
It is recommended to immerse yourself for a duration of 3 to 5 minutes to facilitate improved circulation and reduction of inflammation. With time, personal goals may facilitate a longer duration in the plunge. By incorporating this practice, you can effectively bolster both resilience and recovery outcomes.

We keep our cold plunge tubs at the optimal temperature of 10C or 50F.
What is Infrared Sauna?
An infrared sauna uses infrared light to heat the body directly rather than warming the air around you. This allows for a deeper and more comfortable sweat. The benefits of using an infrared sauna include detoxification, improved circulation, pain relief, and relaxation. Many users also report enhanced skin health and a boost in overall well-being after regular sessions.
